Project Administrator (Contract) - Location: Sabah

Responsibilities: 
  • Assist Project Planning, Organizing, Implementation and Monitoring
  • Assist in managing project documentation and process PO & claims
  • Assist in preparation of project initiation and closure activities
  • Able to manage and upkeep the project documentation central control
  • Record meeting minutes and upkeep department inventories
  • Assist Project Manager in producing monthly reports for the management, other documentation for project reporting, and etc
  • To liaise with relevant internal departments to coordinate work processes
  • Responsible to all incoming / outgoing project documents / correspondence, monitor project status, prepare routine letter / reports, schedule appointment & presentation materials
  • To carry out daily administrative & clerical support for the department
  • Ensure that all incoming inquiries are registered
  • Responsible to coordinate interview session with Hiring Managers
  • Responsible for staff on-bording procedure including work permit and visa application, new hires checklist and briefing, preparing information & etc
  • Liaise with local government statutory bodies such as immigration, marine department, IRB, EPF, SOCSO & etc
  • Responsible for transportation and hotel arrangement, flight booking for company visitors
  • Ensure documentation are always well-organized and maintain up-to-date
  • Familiar with Sabah work permit application for expatriates
  • Other duties assigned by the superior / head of department.

 

Requirements: 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field
  • 2~3 years proven track record in a wide spectrum of administration functions including work permit renewal and application is desired. Preferably those who currently working with oil & gas industry.
  • Ability to work independently with multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu (both written and spoken).
  • Computer literate and familiar with standard Microsoft Office application, especially Mircosoft Excel.
  • Possess good communication skill and positive teamwork
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and willing to stay in Sabah for long term.
  • Applicants willing to work in Kota Kinabalu / Labuan, Sabah
